Insurance Broker

Acts as an insurance mediator between insurance companies and policyholders since 1986 under the Tiquital trademark. According to Royal Decree-Law 3/2020 of February 4, brokerages are independent brokerage companies and are not affiliated with any insurance entity that acts on their own account and is subject to administrative control by the General Directorate of Insurance or a competent body. The aforementioned Law confers on Insurance Brokers the mission of offering policyholders professional, specialized, and impartial advice, based on their independence. Therefore, you must recommend to your clients the insurance coverage and the entities that best suit, in your professional judgment, the needs of the consumer. Delving into the spirit of the aforementioned Law with the purpose that our clients have the best guarantee of our professional advisory services, we have adhered to the Consumer Arbitration System regulated by Royal Decree 636/1993 of May 30, which develops the Law General for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the Arbitration Law. On the other hand, we are also members of the General Council of Insurance Brokers of Spain. We want to count you among our clients.
